The Remington Apartments luxury apartment home project located in Helena, Montana included mass excavation and grading on 8-acre site, intrastructure for 9 multi-family residential buildings, outdoor heated pool and state of the art fitness center. Construction also included the installation of 5,600 linear feet of sidewalks; 140,000 square feet of asphalt paving; streets; playgrounds; and 5,400 square feet concrete block retaining wall. Utility infrastructure was also installed, including 3,000 linear feet of water main, sewer lift station and 2 stormtech storm water retention sytems.
